Experience Required: System engineering, root cause analysis, quality improvement, low voltage wiring

Functional knowledge of vehicle electrical system or functional knowledge of vehicle wiring system.

Skills Required: Electrical Wiring - Candidate should be familiar with developing and releasing wiring harness designs for a vehicle electrical distribution system (EDS). Resolving DFMEA/design-for-manufacturing issues with harness suppliers, having hands-on experience with OEM wiring design tools (e.g., CATIA/Capital, or equivalent schematic-capture and harness-design software), knowledge of SAE/USCAR wiring standards, and ability to read and mark up 2D/3D wiring diagrams and geometry
