Lead Security Officer – Luxury Condominium

Job Summary
Kingsley Security is hiring an experienced Lead Security Officer for an ultra-luxury condominium in Downtown Miami.
We are seeking a professional security leader who can provide leadership, direction, and support to the security team while delivering exceptional, white-glove service to residents, guests, vendors, and property management.
Condominium or luxury residential security experience is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support security officers during assigned shifts
- Help oversee daily security operations and ensure post orders are followed
- Provide direction, coaching, and support to security officers
- Conduct interior and exterior patrols
- Monitor entrances, exits, common areas, amenities, and access points
- Monitor resident, guest, vendor, and contractor access
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence
- Respond to security concerns, emergencies, and suspicious activity
- Enforce property rules and community standards
- Provide professional, courteous service to residents and guests
- Communicate with property management and security leadership
- Monitor officer performance and report operational concerns
- Complete daily activity reports, patrol logs, and incident reports
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, post orders, and company policies
- Assist with shift coverage and other security operations as needed
Requirements
- Florida Class D Security License – Required
- 5+ years of security leadership or supervisory experience – Required
- 2–3+ years of security experience preferred
- Condominium or luxury residential security experience strongly preferred
- Previous Lead Security Officer, Security Supervisor, or Security Manager experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Spanish or Portuguese is a plus
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation
- Must meet all state licensing and company requirements
