Job Summary
AMC Bus Inc. is actively recruiting a Full-Time & Part-Time Ticket Agent to serve our customers at the Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center location.
Responsibilities
- Sell bus tickets and handle cash or card payments accurately.
- Help passengers book, change, or cancel their travel plans.
- Answer questions about bus schedules, routes, and ticket prices.
- Check and tag luggage to make sure it goes on the correct bus.
- Guide travelers to the right boarding areas and assist anyone needing extra help.
- Keep the counter organized and balance your cash drawer at the end of your shift.
Qualifications
- Being bilingual in English and Spanish is highly recommended
- Excellent Communication and Customer service skills
- Ability to perform basic mathematics
- Ability to work without close supervision
- Cash handling and credit card transaction experience is helpful
- Excellent team-oriented, interpersonal skills
- Multi-tasker, flexible to changing priorities
- Ability to work under pressure
