Job Description

The Inventory Control Associate monitors and maintains accurate inventory levels, ensures timely processing of incoming and outgoing materials, and supports smooth warehouse operations through careful handling, tracking, and restocking of products.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain current inventory levels by processing items received and tracking orders to ensure accurate stock availability.
• Record all items received and update inventory databases and systems to reflect current stock levels.
• Perform regular physical counts and cycle counts of stock to verify accuracy and identify discrepancies.
• Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming products to confirm quantity and condition.
• Deliver products to their appropriate locations within the facility and ensure items are stored correctly.
• Restock items as needed to support ongoing operations and prevent stockouts.
• Use RF scanners and related inventory control tools to track, pick, and pack items efficiently.
• Handle materials safely using forklifts and other material handling equipment as required.
• Support picking and packing activities to fulfill internal orders and maintain workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and warehouse area to promote safety and efficiency.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory control, stockroom, or warehouse operations.
• Experience receiving, unpacking, and delivering products to appropriate locations.
• Capability to restock items and manage stock rotation as needed.
• Proficiency using RF scanners for inventory tracking, picking, and packing.
• Hands-on experience with material handling tasks in a warehouse environment.

Work Environment

This role is based in a warehouse and stockroom environment focused on inventory control and material handling. You work straight daylight hours with flexible start times, typically between 6:00–6:30 a.m. and ending around 2:00–2:30 p.m., with optional overtime available. The setting involves regular use of forklifts, RF scanners, and other material handling equipment, as well as physical tasks such as receiving, unpacking, moving, and restocking products. The environment is fast-paced and operationally focused, with an emphasis on safety, organization, and efficient workflow.

This is a Contract position based out of Mars, PA.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Mars,PA.
