What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you will help manufacture and package liquid and dry fertilizer products while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating automated bagging and packaging equipment
• Loading and unloading materials used in production
• Operating a forklift to move and stage finished products
• Inspecting products and packaging for quality and accuracy
• Recording production and packaging information
• Measuring, weighing, and counting materials
• Filling and labeling containers
• Moving, sorting, and organizing products throughout the facility
• Assisting with production schedules and workflow needs
• Maintaining a clean, safe work environment

• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and positive attitude
• Forklift experience
