As a Team Member, you’ll be an essential part of our team, helping to create memorable experiences for our customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and serving our delicious frozen snacks with care and attention to detail.
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborating with your team to uphold our high standards for quality and service.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or food service role.
• A positive attitude and a passion for creating great customer experiences.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks with ease.
• A commitment to maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.
