Job Description

An Insight Global client is seeking a Sales Associate to join their retail team in San Marcos, TX. This individual will serve as a brand ambassador, providing exceptional customer service while driving sales and supporting daily store operations. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, sales-driven, and passionate about creating memorable shopping experiences. On a day-to-day basis, this person will assist customers with product selection, build lasting customer relationships, process sales transactions, maintain merchandising standards, support inventory management, and contribute to overall store performance. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience Meet or exceed individual sales goals and contribute to overall store performance Develop strong product knowledge to provide personalized recommendations Build and maintain customer relationships through outreach and follow-up communication Support clienteling initiatives and customer loyalty programs Assist with VIP events, promotions, and customer engagement activities Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system Receive, replenish, organize, and maintain inventory accuracy Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards Support opening and closing procedures Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment

Pay Rate: $16/hour to $18/hour
