What You'll Be Doing
- Manage several capital projects at once, keeping budgets and schedules on track.
- Work with plant teams and contractors to make sure changes are understood and work is done safely.
- Review contractor progress, address delays or cost issues, and keep stakeholders informed.
What We're Looking For
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related technical field, plus at least five years of relevant project management experience.
- Experience owning capital projects in industrial settings, including budgets and contractor oversight.
- Familiarity with fixed equipment and metallurgy, along with the ability to handle difficult conversations when a project goes off track.
