Construction Logistics & Proposal Analysis Coordinator

Botero Homes LLC is seeking a highly organized and analytical Construction Logistics & Proposal Analysis Coordinator to support our custom luxury home construction and renovation projects.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate construction materials, deliveries, and subcontractor schedules.
- Review and analyze subcontractor bids, proposals, and cost breakdowns.
- Compare pricing, scope of work, labor, and material costs.
- Identify discrepancies, exclusions, and potential additional costs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, project managers, and vendors.
- Maintain procurement schedules and construction documentation.
- Assist management with cost analysis and purchasing decisions.
Requirements:
- Construction industry experience in logistics, estimating, procurement, or project coordination.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and construction documentation.
- Ability to understand construction drawings and subcontractor scope of work.
- Experience with custom residential construction is preferred.
