What You’ll Do
You’ll take ownership of your projects from start to finishleading crews, ensuring quality installs, and delivering a great customer experience.
- Schedule crews, verify materials, and oversee window or sidinginstallation projects
- Manage and direct subcontracted installation crews on-site
- Perform pre-job inspections to confirm scope and measurements
- Coordinate schedules around weather, materials, and job timelines
- Visit job sites daily to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Communicate clearly with crews, customers, and internal teams
- Document job progress, photos, and updates using AccuLynx and CompanyCam
- Collaborate with other Field Managers and departments as needed
Scope: Primarily focused on windows or siding,with occasional coordination across other exterior projects.
What Success Looks Like
- Successfully manage 1–2 installation projects per day
- Deliver high-quality installs with minimal callbacks or issues
- Keep projects on schedule despite weather or material delays
- Maintain strong communication with crews and customers
- Take ownership of your projects and operate with accountability
Day-in-the-Life
Start your day reviewing schedules and job details, visit job sites to meet crews and ensure everything is set up correctly, solve any on-site challenges, and wrap up by documenting progress and preparing for the next day.
Compensation
- Base salary: $50,000 – $60,000
- Performance bonuses tied to production volume, job completion, and quality
- Total expected earnings: $70,000 – $85,000+
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in window or siding installation, measurement, or project oversight
- Background as an Installer, Foreman, Site Manager, Installation Manager, or similar
- Ability to manage crews and multiple job sites effectively
- Comfortable working in the field and traveling locally (Milwaukee metro area, ~50–60 mile radius)
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs as needed
- Clean driving record (company truck provided)
- Comfortable using mobile apps/software for job documentation
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and ownership mindset
