We are partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Training & Documentation Specialist to support a high-impact training initiative. This role is ideal for someone who can quickly learn complex processes, develop clear training materials, and independently drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment.

This position will focus on building and organizing training content, documenting procedures, creating user guides, and developing learning materials that help end users successfully navigate business systems and processes.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Create and maintain training documentation, SOPs, process guides, and user handbooks
  • Develop eLearning content using Articulate Rise and Storyline
  • Capture screenshots and process walkthroughs using Snagit
  • Build step-by-step navigation guides and reference materials
  • Create training videos and multimedia learning resources
  • Work directly with subject matter experts and end users to gather information
  • Organize, catalog, and maintain training content and documentation libraries
  • Convert existing documentation into engaging training materials
  • Support SharePoint content organization and training resource management
  • Take ownership of projects and move deliverables across the finish line with minimal supervision
What We're Looking For
  • Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Rise (required)
  • Experience creating learning content in Articulate Storyline
  • Experience using Snagit for screenshots and process documentation
  • Ability to create clear, visually appealing training materials
  • Strong technical writing and documentation skills
  • Experience developing procedures, job aids, and user guides
  • Excellent organization and file management skills
  • Ability to learn systems quickly and document complex processes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Self-starter who can independently execute assignments and meet deadlines
Nice to Have
  • Experience with GUIDDE
  • Experience building or organizing SharePoint pages and content
  • Experience creating training videos
  • Microsoft PowerPoint expertise
Pay Details: $48.00 to $52.00 per hour
