Job Title: General Laborer – Warehouse Repackaging
Location: McAllen Area . Schedule: Full-time: Mon - Fri + Weekends
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented General Laborer to join our warehouse team. You’ll be responsible for repackaging products, preparing orders, and keeping the work area organized and safe. HOT/COLD Storage
Key Responsibilities
- Repackage products (fruits or vegetables) according to company specifications and quality standards.
- Label, seal, and prepare boxes for shipment or storage.
- Inspect items for damage, correct counts, and proper labeling.
- Palletize, shrink-wrap, and stage finished goods.
- Load/unload materials; move products within the warehouse using carts or pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation; follow all safety procedures.
- Assist with inventory counts and basic data entry as needed.
- Perform other general labor tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to [50] lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for most of the shift.
- Comfortable using basic warehouse tools (box cutters, tape guns, pallet jacks).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and pace.
- Dependable, on time, and able to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic English reading skills for labels and work orders.
