Salary range: $21 - $24
Principal Accountabilities:
- IPC-7711 certified if team indicates the need for more qualified personnel.
- IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certified and retain those certifications.
- Inspect assemblies using 3D AOI system and pass or fail per IPC-A-610 class.
- Inspect assemblies at Final inspection and pass or fail per IPC-A-610 class.
- SMT and Final QA SFE certified and maintain that certification.
- Complete defect tracking in database.
- Complete AS9102 FA reports and submit to QA.
- Operate either x-ray machines per work instructions
- Operate AOI systems per work instructions Run in-line and batch washers per work instruction
- Use MES to track time the status of jobs
- Create and complete non-conformances/DMR's
- Ability to read, understand, and navigate in Fusion documentation.
- Help to update procedures and work instructions as needed to match current process.
- Maintain 5S standards and continually look for ways to improve processes.
- Follow safety, ESD, ITAR and QMS protocols.
- Actively participate in Lean activities and embrace change.
- Follow the procedures as defined in the QMS that pertain to your area or position.
- Help update procedures and work instructions as needed to match current process.
Minimum Qualifications:
Knowledge of and ability to inspect to IPC-A-610
Inspect through a microscope
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
Good writing skills
Ability to work within a team
Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certified
Prior inspection experience
Prior Final Inspection experience in the electronics industry.
