Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with state educational standards.
Manage daily classroom operations to ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning atmosphere.
Assess and track student progress, providing regular updates and feedback to parents and administration.
Proven work experience as a Lead Teacher or in a similar educational role.
Valid state teaching certification or relevant early childhood education credentials.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience with specialized curriculum planning and differentiated instruction.
First aid and CPR certification.
Bilingual communication skills.
