RN Team Leader- Clinical Support
Full Time, 40 hrs.
Days
No holidays or weekends
Will be required to go to other locations on occasion
Essential Functions:
Supervises support staff who answer calls and assist with challenges for field staff at all locations
Ensures field staff get fast, reliable support so they can focus on patient care by tracking response times and issueresolution rates
Works with providers and acts as a clinical resource for complex symptom management
Resolves patient and/or family grievances efficiently
Works with Clinical Directors and V.P. to fix recurring challenges reported by field staff
Works with external vendors to assure the highest quality of their product and services
Assures adequate ordering of Medical Supplies by reviewing on-line orders as needed
Hires, trains, and supports team members to deliver high-quality internal and external customer service providingmentorship and leading the onboarding
Ensures all support operations follow state and federal regulatory requirements
Conducts audits on clinical documentation to ensure strict adherence to the Medicare Conditions of Participation(CoPs) and state regulations
Qualifications:
Associates degree required
RN License required
2 years of clinical hospice experience required
