Pay, Schedule, and Location
- $17.00/hour
- Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
- Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
- Located in Richmond, TX
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming customer calls in a professional and efficient manner
- Identify customer needs, answer inquiries, and resolve concerns to ensure customer satisfaction
- Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and best practices
- Provide clear, accurate, and courteous information to customers
- Maintain effective communication while navigating a fast-paced call center environment
Requirements and Qualifications
- Previous customer service or call center experience required
- Strong phone etiquette, call-handling, and active listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual verbal and written communication skills are a plus
- Previous utility industry experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to training, and succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused attitude
