Customer Service Representative - Entry-Level

We’re looking for motivated, dependable, and curious individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives. This is an opportunity to do more than answer questions and assist customers. You’ll learn how to troubleshoot problems, understand repair procedures, and help customers get the solutions they need.

No previous repair experience is required! We’re willing to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to doing quality work.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll combine customer interaction with practical, hands-on learning.

• Communicate with customers professionally, listen to their concerns, and understand their needs.

• Ask questions to identify problems and determine the appropriate next steps.

• Learn to diagnose common issues and follow established troubleshooting procedures.

• Receive training in approved repair techniques, tools, equipment, and service processes.

• Perform basic repair procedures as your skills develop and you are authorized to do so.

• Follow step-by-step instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards.

• Document customer concerns, repair steps, and service results accurately.

• Work with experienced team members to resolve problems and improve your skills.

• Keep your work area organized and help ensure every job is completed carefully and correctly.

• Provide friendly, reliable service that leaves customers feeling informed and supported.
