Accountant, Associate

About the Role

The Associate Accountant, External Reporting supports the company's quarterly, annual, and special financial filings submitted to the SEC. This entrylevel role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in publiccompany reporting, U.S. GAAP, and corporate finance. You’ll work closely with multiple departments to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely financial disclosures.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in preparing SEC filings, including 10Q, 10K, and 8K reports.
• Support the creation of earnings releases and other external reporting materials.
• Work with the External Reporting team to maintain accuracy and meet filing deadlines.
• Partner with Investor Relations, Treasury, Tax, Legal, FP&A, and Corporate Accounting to gather required information.
• Help prepare and review financial statement disclosures and supporting documentation.
• Build technical accounting knowledge through handson involvement in the reporting process.

Who We’re Looking For

• Recent accounting graduate or earlycareer accounting professional.
• Strong interest in financial reporting, SEC compliance, and technical accounting.
• Basic understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Comfortable working with multiple teams in a corporate environment.
