Warehouse Associate
Location: Sumter, SC
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a motivatedWarehouse Associateto join a busy distribution facility in Sumter, SC. This position is hands-on with warehouse operations, but the primary focus will be oninventory accuracy and cycle counts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, good with numbers, and experienced in warehouse operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Oversee daily warehouse activities includingorder processing, shipping/receiving, and inventory management.
  • Conductcycle countsand maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies quickly and effectively.
  • Train, guide, and support warehouse associates, ensuring productivity and safety.
  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Assist Warehouse Manager with workflow and reporting as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous warehouse experiencewith strong knowledge of inventory control and cycle counts.
  • Experience in aleadership or supervisory roleis preferred.
  • Strongorganizational and problem-solving skills detail-oriented and good with numbers.
  • Ability to lead by example while also working hands-on with the team.
  • Forklift certification (or ability to become certified).
  • Basic computer skills (Excel, WMS, or similar).
