RN House Supervisor
Location: Bronx, NY 10467

Duration: 14 Weeks
Shift: Night | 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
Schedule: 3x12 Hours | 36 Hours/Week

Pay Rate:
Local: $90–$103/hr

Required Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Required
- Minimum 2 years of acute-care supervision experience Required
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Experience coordinating nursing operations and clinical staff
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in an acute-care hospital environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing supervision and leadership across the hospital during assigned shifts
- Coordinate patient-care activities and support safe and efficient nursing operations
- Supervise and provide guidance to nursing staff and clinical personnel
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support staffing, patient flow, and operational needs throughout the facility
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, clinical standards, and patient-safety requirements
- Assist with clinical and operational issues during the shift
- Maintain effective communication and documentation related to patient care and hospital operations
