MS State Hospital, near Pearl, MS, will be accepting resumes until noon Tuesday, October 6, 2026, for the purpose of hiring (5) five Weekday Mental Health Technicians to work on our Inpatient Psychiatric Service. This is a Full-Time position in which the ideal candidate must be willing to work at least a minimum of 32 to 40 hours per week, and every other weekend rotation and a minimum of 6 or more state mandated holidays, including Christmas or Thanksgiving. Scheduled holidays will be determined based on the needs of the hospital. Pay Rate is $20/hour. PERS Retirees must work a minimum of 16 to 20 hours per week at a Rate of $17.50/hr. The Contract will begin on or after November 23, 2026, and end June 30, 2027. Original documentation verifying your proof of education and 3 current signed letters of recommendation, are required along with your resume. CPR certification and CNA license are a plus.
