As the Assistant Manager of Operations, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our warehouse operates efficiently. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:

• Leading and managing a team of up to 20 employees to meet operational goals.
• Overseeing daily operations to maintain a smooth workflow in the warehouse.
• Ensuring inventory is handled efficiently and accurately.
• Supporting the team with hands-on tasks, including lifting items up to 50 pounds.
• Upholding company policies and safety standards.
• Collaborating with management to implement improvements and meet business objectives.

We’re seeking a candidate who is ready to roll up their sleeves and bring their leadership skills to the table. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• 3 years of experience in a leadership or operations role.
• A valid driver’s license.
• The ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of your role.
• A clear background check.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A proactive mindset and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
