21 Bed Locked Memory Care Facility - Would love an LPN with Admin Experience - Potential Option to Extend

Responsibilities

• Coordinate nursing tasks while managing administrative duties and patient documentation.

• Track and report daily metrics to ensure target-based performance visibility.

• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure HIPAA/compliance adherence.

• Manage patient intake, scheduling, and follow-up communications efficiently.

• Assist licensed providers with clinical tasks while prioritizing patient care quality.

• Utilize CRM/linelist pipelines to forecast patient flow and service opportunities.

• Engage in ongoing learning to advance clinical skills and administrative proficiency.

• Ensure high-level patient satisfaction through timely, clear, and empathetic communication.

• Identify and escalate workflow bottlenecks to improve efficiency and outcomes.

• Prepare and submit accurate administrative reports and billing documentation.

• Collaborate with the team to meet territory-specific targets and quotas.

Experience/Qualifications

• LPN license with active clinical practice and admin experience

• HIPAA/compliance knowledge for medical records and billing

• Proficient electronic health record (EHR) and CRM usage

• Strong patient intake, scheduling, and follow-up communication

• Ability to track metrics and report daily performance

• Clinical assistance to licensed providers with quality care

• Attention to documentation accuracy and billing submission

• Workflow optimization and bottleneck identification

• Growth mindset with ongoing learning and skill development

• Ability to work on-site in a high-visibility, target-driven environment
