PART TIME Loan proessing

We are looking for a PART TIME detail-oriented Loan Processor - Support specialist to join our team in Trexlertown, Pennsylvania. This is a Long-term Contract position supporting daily loan and mortgage processing activities in a fully onsite environment. The role is ideal for someone who can manage documentation accurately, coordinate with internal partners, and maintain steady workflow coverage while completing training and transitioning into regular weekly scheduling.

Responsibilities:

• Review loan files for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with established processing standards before moving them forward.

• Support mortgage and loan administration tasks by organizing documents, tracking file status, and following up on outstanding items.

• Coordinate with internal teams to help keep loan origination and closing activities on schedule and properly documented.

• Maintain accurate records and update loan information in internal systems to reflect current processing progress.

• Assist with onboarding and knowledge transfer by working an initial training schedule that overlaps with existing team support coverage.

• Provide consistent onsite support in Trexlertown, Pennsylvania during assigned weekly shifts and adjust to the established part-time schedule as training is completed.

• Experience in loan administration, mortgage processing, mortgage closing, or loan origination support.

• Working knowledge of mortgage lending practices and standard loan documentation requirements.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify missing, inconsistent, or incomplete file information.

• Comfortable managing multiple files and priorities while meeting deadlines in a structured environment.

• Clear written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with team members and following up on documentation needs.

• Ability to work fully onsite in Trexlertown, Pennsylvania on a part-time weekly schedule.

• Proficiency with standard office systems and data entry tasks related to loan processing workflows.
