$70,000–$90,000 Base + Truck Allowance + Health Stipend + Project Bonus

A growing owner/developer and general contractor specializing in luxury residential and single-family home construction is looking to add a Project Manager to their team in South Miami.

This is an opportunity to take significant ownership across multiple active high-end residential projects, work directly with ownership, and have a clear path for growth as the company continues to expand.

• Manage and oversee multiple active luxury residential / single-family projects
• Coordinate directly with owners, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams
• Monitor schedules, budgets, quality, and overall project progress
• Travel between active job sites throughout South Florida
• Communicate directly with owners and provide project updates
• Identify and resolve project issues in a timely manner
• Coordinate day-to-day construction activities across multiple sites
• Help ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
• Take ownership of projects from construction through completion

• 4 ongoing luxury residential projects
• 2 additional projects coming online
• Multiple active job sites throughout South Florida

• $70,000–$90,000 base salary
• $250–$500/month truck allowance
• $100–$200/month health stipend
• Project bonus upon property sale

• Project Management experience in luxury residential, custom homes, single-family, multifamily, commercial, or similar construction
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working directly with owners/developers
• Strong understanding of high-end residential construction and finishes
• Willingness to travel between project sites
• Self-motivated and able to operate with a high level of ownership
