Driver Pay
Drivers are paid based on verifiable experience at $0.55–$0.65 per mile.
Current drivers are averaging approximately $1,400–$1,800 per week, depending on miles, experience and individual circumstances.
Schedule & Home Time
- Eastern regional operation
- Home every other weekend
- Operating area generally extends from east of the Mississippi/Louisiana area to the East Coast
- Routes do not typically include the extreme Northeast
- Operating area extends south toward Orlando/Tampa, Florida
- Consistent freight and miles
Class A CDL Driver Responsibilities
As a Class A CDL Driver, you will:
- Safely operate a tractor-trailer on assigned regional routes
- Pick up and deliver general commodity freight throughout the Eastern U.S.
- Complete assigned deliveries according to dispatch instructions and scheduled routes
- Handle no-touch freight
- Complete required vehicle inspections and paperwork
- Follow DOT and company safety requirements
- Maintain dependable communication with dispatch and driver support

Drivers operate late-model equipment, including:
- 2022–2025 tractors
- Double-bunk sleeper tractors
- Automatic transmissions
- Refrigerators
- Inverters
- Bunk heaters
- Air conditioning
Driver Support
Drivers have access to:

Class A CDL Driver Requirements
To qualify, you must:
- Be at least 21 years old
- Hold a valid Class A CDL
- Have at least 6 months of Class A tractor-trailer experience, or qualify for available new-driver training
- Maintain a clean driving record
- Have no revoked or suspended license
- Have no DUI/DWI or reckless-driving violations
- Be able to pass a DOT physical
- Be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- Be able to pass a drug screen
- Meet all applicable DOT and company requirements
