Retail Sales Associate Key Responsibilities:

• Engage warmly with customers, ask thoughtful questions, and listen to understand their unique needs
• Provide expert guidance on finding the perfect fit, offering solution-driven service
• Maintain an inviting, well-organized sales floor
• Keep the stockroom clean and organized to ensure easy access to inventory
• Accurately process sales transactions using our point-of-sale system
• Collaborate with your team to stay up-to-date on promotions and events
• Create a positive, fun atmosphere for both customers and team members

Weekly day Range

• Weekend Availability Required
• 3-4 days/week
• 18-24hrs/week
• 11am-5pm or 11am-6pm shifts

STORE HOURS:

• Monday - Wednesday: 10am - 6pm
• Thursday - Friday: 10am - 7pm
• Saturday: 10am - 6pm
• Sunday: 12pm - 5pm

Education

• High school or equivalent (preferred)
