Outside Sales Representative – B2B Staffing

Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000 + Bonus
Full-Time | B2B Outside Sales

This is real B2B sales.

Not sitting behind a computer all day.

Not waiting for leads to magically appear.

Not spending eight hours changing your LinkedIn profile.

You’ll be out in the market meeting businesses, knocking on doors, building relationships, finding companies that need employees, and turning prospects into clients.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll spend your days:

• Prospecting businesses throughout your territory
• Walking into companies and introducing yourself
• Cold calling and following up with decision-makers
• Meeting HR Managers, Operations Managers, Plant Managers, Warehouse Managers, and business owners
• Asking the most important question in staffing:
  “Are you hiring?”
• Developing new B2B staffing accounts
• Building long-term client relationships
• Touring warehouses, manufacturing plants, offices, and job sites
• Working with our recruiting team to fill client openings
• Following up until the prospect either becomes a customer or changes their phone number

We provide the recruiting horsepower.

Your job is to bring us companies that need people.

Who We're Looking For

You might be a great fit if:

• You have previous B2B sales experience
• You're comfortable with door-to-door prospecting
• Cold calling doesn't make you break out in a cold sweat
• You can hear “no” without needing the rest of the afternoon to recover
• You're competitive
• You're organized
• You follow up
• You enjoy meeting new people
• You can build relationships with everyone from the receptionist to the company president
• You understand that the fortune really is in the follow-up
• You want to make money and aren't afraid to work for it

Staffing industry experience is great, but not required.

Spanish/English bilingual is a BIG plus.

Compensation

Base Salary: $50,000–$60,000, depending on experience

PLUS BONUS

The better you sell, the better you do.
