Clean all prep equipment, silverware, glassware, and dishes to strict sanitation requirements.
Operate the dishwasher as needed; keep the dish storage, service line, and prep areas organized and clean.
Enjoy the fast pace of our restaurant; the dishwasher’s pace is critical to turning tables and keeping up with rushes.
Keep an eye out for any repair needs; report them as necessary.
Monitor, empty, and clean all trash and recycling bins.
Be comfortable standing for long periods of time as well as lifting/loading up to 40 pounds.
Assist kitchen staff and follow instructions to keep operations moving as smoothly as possible.
Help us provide a clean, pleasant, and Mellow dining experience for all guests.
Set all tables with proper plates, glasses, utensils, napkins, and condiments.
Clear tables when guests are finished (happy) and prepare tables for new arrivals (excited)
Support wait staff by assisting them with guest needs; refill water and iced tea glasses; replenish utensils.
Help Mellow Mushroom maintain a clean and sanitary environment; sweep floors, take out trash, and pay attention to all surfaces.
Keep a clean and sanitary bussing station; take pride in everything you do at work.
