Job Description
We are looking for a Recruiter to join the team in Matthews, North Carolina and lead hiring efforts in close partnership with Human Resources and Operations. This Long-term Contract position is well suited for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, knows how to attract talent with relevant experience through multiple sourcing approaches, and can keep the recruiting process organized from initial intake through pre-employment steps. The role will focus on building strong candidate pipelines, creating a positive experience for applicants, and helping the organization fill key openings efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the full recruitment process for assigned openings, including intake meetings, search planning, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and offer-stage coordination.
• Develop targeted talent pipelines for key roles by using proactive sourcing, resume evaluation, and direct engagement with candidates whose backgrounds align with hiring needs.
• Manage a steady volume of applicants while keeping each search on track, maintaining timely communication, and meeting business hiring deadlines.
• Partner closely with Human Resources and operational leaders to align recruiting activity with staffing priorities and ensure a smooth process for internal stakeholders and candidates.
• Maintain accurate and current candidate information, hiring status updates, and recruiting documentation within the applicant tracking system and related tools.
• Coordinate pre-employment activities in collaboration with HR support staff, including background checks and onboarding preparation requirements.
• Monitor recruiting progress and help keep searches efficient by identifying bottlenecks, improving follow-up, and supporting overall hiring administration.• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruiting within a corporate or business environment.
• Strong sourcing capability with success identifying and engaging candidates with relevant experience through multiple recruiting channels.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring activity while maintaining organization, accuracy, and consistent follow-through.
• Hands-on familiarity with applicant tracking systems and the ability to manage candidate movement, records, and workflow details effectively.
• Solid administrative skills related to recruiting, including scheduling, reporting, and coordination of interview logistics.
• Ability to work onsite in Matthews, North Carolina.
• Demonstrated strength in communication and stakeholder partnership across Human Resources, operations, and candidate groups.
