GENERAL CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN.
REQUIRMENTS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TOO:
- EXPERIENCE IN THE CIVIL CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY (WATER/WASTEWATER, STRUCTURAL CONCRETE, EXCAVATION)
- VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND BE ABLE TO DRIVE COMPANY VEHICLE
- ABILITY TO READ CONSTRUCTION PLANS
There is opportunity for promotions and payment ranges depending on experience and skill level.
The daily task for this position are:
- Leading a crew of 3 to 4 skilled laborers
- Wet Utility Installation (Buried and Above Ground Piping)
- Municipal Water and Wastewater Equipment Installation
- Civil Excavation and Grade Work
- Cast in Place Concrete Construction
- Heavy Equipment Operation
- Supervision of Heavy Equipment Daily Maintenance
- General up keep of company truck and tools
- Basic math and layout
- Reading construction drawings and details

Normal Hours are Monday thru Friday, 7:00 AM to approximately 5:00 PM
Job Sites range all around the San Antonio and Austin areas.
