Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Spanish-Speaking RBT | Olive Branch ABA | Austin, Texas
Pay: $21–$25/hour Flat Rate, No Bonus

Olive Branch ABA is seeking a fluent English/Spanish Bilingual Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Austin.

What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes and community settings
Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision
Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking children and families
Collect and document session data accurately
Collaborate with BCBAs and the clinical team
Maintain professional communication with families
Provide consistent, compassionate, and engaging support during
Requirements
Active RBT certification required
Fluent in English and Spanish
Previous ABA experience preferred
Experience working with children preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable transportation
Dependable, patient, and compassionate
Ability to follow treatment plans and clinical direction
