Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated, organized, and people-focused Recruiter to join our growing team! The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can effectively manage multiple open positions and candidates at once.

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for a variety of open positions

• Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates

• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews

• Proactively source candidates through Indeed and other recruiting platforms

• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and position requirements

• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate information within the applicant tracking system (ATS)

• Follow up on interviews and help move qualified candidates efficiently through the hiring process

• Assist with job postings and recruitment advertising

• Develop creative strategies to increase applicant flow for hard-to-fill positions

• Maintain a positive candidate experience from initial contact through hire

• Meet recruiting goals and performance expectations

• Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition experience preferred

• Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus

• Experience using Indeed, applicant tracking systems, or other recruiting platforms preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable making outbound calls and proactively reaching out to candidates

• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through

• Strong computer and technology skills

You should be comfortable picking up the phone, sourcing candidates, following up consistently, and finding new ways to generate applicant flow when traditional methods aren't producing results.
