We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join an engineering team supporting the design, development, testing, and improvement of electrical and electromechanical products. This position will work closely with Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to take products from concept through production.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electrical systems, product development, troubleshooting, testing, and engineering documentation, along with the ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop electrical and electromechanical systems and components
- Support new product development from initial concept through production launch
- Create and review electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings
- Select and evaluate electrical components and systems
- Develop prototypes and support electrical testing and validation
- Troubleshoot electrical and electromechanical product issues
- Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective solutions
- Support product verification and validation activities
- Work with Mechanical Engineering on integrated electrical/mechanical product designs
- Partner with Manufacturing to ensure designs are practical and manufacturable
- Support engineering changes, product improvements, and sustaining engineering activities
- Assist with supplier and component selection
- Maintain engineering documentation, specifications, BOMs, and design records
- Support compliance, safety, and product testing requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
- Communicate project status, technical findings, and recommendations to engineering and leadership
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline
- Experience in electrical engineering within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience with electrical/electromechanical product design and development
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Experience with electrical testing, troubleshooting, and validation
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and product development
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Pay Details: $65,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
