Job Summary:

New Patterns ABA FL is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team in Ocala, FL. As a BCBA, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with children and their families to assess, and treat behavioral disorders. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans

• Lead the implementation of behavioral treatment plans, working closely with families and other professionals

• Monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support

• Provide training and consultation to parents, caregivers, and other professionals on behavioral techniques and strategies

• Stay current with industry developments and best practices in behavior analysis, incorporating new knowledge into practice

Requirements:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Effective problem-solving and organizational skills
