As a Prep / Line Cook at Dukunoo Jamaican Kitchen, you’ll play a key role in delivering the flavors and quality that keep our guests coming back. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and standards.
• Ensuring all food is prepped and plated with precision and care.
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen workspace.
• Following food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking as needed.

We’re seeking a Prep / Line Cook who is motivated, proactive, and professional. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• A strong understanding of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
• A passion for delivering high-quality food and exceptional guest experiences.
