We are now seeking a Light Commercial HVAC Service Sales Representative to join our team and help grow our maintenance agreement business.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Full-time, ~40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and connect with light commercial businesses in the area
• Conduct detailed site evaluations to identify maintenance needs
• Create and present customized service agreement proposals
• Build long-term relationships and become the trusted HVAC advisor for your clients
• Manage your sales pipeline, follow-ups, and forecasts
• Work closely with service, operations, and marketing teams
• Submit all contracts and supporting documentation promptly

What You Bring

• 2+ years of successful outside sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• HVAC knowledge is a plus, but not required - we provide thorough training
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and commitment to safety
