Copper State Brewing Co., a family-owned and operated brewpub located in the heart of Green Bay, WI, is looking for a motivated and hard-working individual to join our team as a server/waitstaff. If you're a self-starter with a knack for punctuality and a strong work ethic, we’d love to hear from you!

As a server/waitstaff at Copper State Brewing Co., you'll play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting the table and ensuring a welcoming dining atmosphere.
• Presenting the menu and assisting guests in selecting their food and beverages.
• Delivering food and drinks to tables promptly and accurately.
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure every guest leaves happy.

We’re searching for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Here’s what makes an ideal candidate:

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• The ability to multitask efficiently while staying organized.
• Prior experience as a server, waitress, or waiter is a plus, but not required.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
