What You'll Do
• Perform high-quality MIG welding on steel and fabricated metal components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment.
• Inspect welds and finished products to ensure quality standards are exceeded.
• Work with production and fabrication teams to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the shop.
What Sets You Apart
• Proven MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately.
• Metric measurement experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Welding certifications are a plus but not required.
