Summary
Safely and efficiently transport dealer trade vehicles to and from other dealerships
Essential Duties
- Ensures that vehicle identification numbers and stocknumberof each vehicle match paperwork.
- Ensure copies ofdealerinvoiceaccompanypaperwork for each vehicle.
- Ensure that the vehicle being traded is clean and undamaged after leaving the lot.
- NotifyManageron dutyimmediatelyif any damage is found onvehiclebeing traded.
- Ensure all reference guides, keys, wheel locks etc.,accompanyall traded vehicles and deliver this information to theappropriate managerwhen trade is complete
- Newly traded vehicles must be thoroughly inspected, inside and out, after accepting delivery fromdealership
- Note any missing keys, books, wheel locks, floor mats, etc. Make every effort to ensure these itemsaccompanytheappropriate vehicle. Always make sure accessories that are listed are in fact on the vehicle.
- Usesgood judgment and safe driving skills.
- Keepsa timelyshuttle route.
- Maintains a professional appearance.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License
- Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening
