Staff Accountant

We currently are seeking a Property Management Accountant to manage the accounting & financial functions of a portfolio of properties. Our ideal candidate prefers to work in an exacting environment, consistently prioritizes learning, and has a passion for problem solving.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Generate monthly financial statements with variance reporting
• Analyze and evaluate intercompany account balances
• Prepare tenant reconciliations for Common Area Maintenance (CAM), real estate taxes, and insurance
• Produce annual year end work papers and analysis with proper support

Candidate Requirements:

• BA/BS in Accounting Required
• Highly skilled with Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced function mastery)
• Solid communication skills
