• Engage with potential clients through telemarketing campaigns
• Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service
• Negotiate terms and product offerings to align with client requirements while ensuring mutual satisfaction
• Promote a variety of insurance products such as property and casualty, life, and commercial insurance policies
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems
• Assist with sales administration tasks including proposal preparation, follow-up communications, and benefits administration
• Analyze client data to identify opportunities for cross-selling or upselling insurance solutions

• Property and Casualty license not required, but will set you apart from other candidates
• Prior experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to communicate persuasively and confidently
• Knowledge of insurance products such as health, life, property casualty, or commercial insurance is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and relationship building
• Analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Familiarity with insurance regulation standards and benefits administration processes is beneficial
