Material Handler

Location: Nashville, TN
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Kellyis looking for an experienced Material Handler to join a growing warehouse team in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will help ensure materials and products are received, stored, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and push carts

  • Receive, organize, and store incoming materials

  • Pick, pack, and palletize customer shipments

  • Prepare and sort less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments

  • Perform inventory cycle counts

  • Use a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to track inventory and warehouse activity

  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse

  • Follow all safety procedures and complete daily safety inspections

What We’re Looking For:

  • 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred

  • Forklift and reach truck experience required

  • Comfortable working at heights and climbing ladders

  • Ability to lift various loads and remain active throughout the workday

  • Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
