A Pizza Maker Line Cook is responsible for preparing, assembling, and cooking pizzas in a restaurant or pizzeria. Their duties include stretching dough, adding sauces and toppings, operating pizza ovens, and ensuring that each order meets quality and safety standards. They may also assist with prepping ingredients, maintaining cleanliness in their work area, and sometimes interacting with customers. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work quickly during busy periods, and knowledge of food safety practices.
