Villa Springfield Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our night-shift team.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Provide compassionate, respectful, and attentive care

• Help residents with mobility, positioning, and transfers

• Take and document vital signs as directed

• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

• Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the care team

• Protect residents’ dignity, privacy, and independence

• Current State Tested Nursing Assistant certification in Ohio

• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care

• Dependable, professional, and able to work effectively as part of a team

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position
