Seeking Retired/Semi-Retired GC for Partnership (Desert Hot Springs Project)

I'm developing a 61,600 SF industrial facility in Desert Hot Springs and looking for a veteran Class B licensed contractor to serve as the RMM (Responsible Managing Member) for our development LLC.

The Deal

• 20% equity in the construction company (non-voting you share in the upside, we keep operating control)
• Monthly consulting retainer
• Low-impact oversight role: roughly one site visit per week + admin/document review
• Project is funded and moving toward a 2027 build cycle
