- First Shift: $15 per hour
- Second Shift: $16 per hour
A Day in the Life
You clock in at our Fairfield, OH facility, greet a friendly crew, and get your assignments. The morning begins with unloading trailers, verifying counts, and inspecting products for quality. You stage items by zone, update inventory on a workstation, and move efficiently to the next task.
By mid-shift, you’re picking customer orders with precision, packing them securely, and preparing labels so everything leaves on time. You hop on a forklift or pallet jack, move pallets safely, and keep aisles clear. Throughout the day, you collaborate with teammates to hit targets while maintaining a clean, well-organized space.
What You’ll Do
- Receive, inspect, and organize inbound materials with accuracy.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Track stock levels and support timely replenishment.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization to support a safe workplace.
- Work closely with peers to meet daily goals and deadlines.
- Pitch in with other warehouse tasks as needed.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Background in warehousing or logistics is a plus.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Keen attention to detail and strong organizational habits.
- Basic computer skills for inventory updates.
- Comfort working independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including some weekends if required.
