Identify and pursue new commercial project leads (GCs, developers, property managers, public housing authorities)
Identify and pursue new residential project leads (homeowners, remodel referrals, direct outreach)
Build and maintain relationships with general contractors, developers, and property managers to generate repeat and referral business
Prepare and present proposals, estimates, and bids in coordination with ownership
Negotiate project terms and pricing within approved guidelines
Bring qualified, ready-to-sign deals to ownership for final review and approval
Maintain an organized pipeline and provide regular status updates on active leads and deals in progress
Represent Infistruct professionally at walkthroughs, bid meetings, and industry events
Track and report on lead sources, close rates, and pipeline value
