Coordinator I - Inventory

BEPC is actively looking for Coordinator I - Inventory, in St. Paul, MN area!

W2 Contract – 5 months with possible extensions!
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $24.64/hour - Determined based on experience (Paid Weekly)

Work Model: Onsite – 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Note: This is a W2 only role C2C, C2H will not be considered

Summary of the Role:

BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Coordinator I, Inventory to join our client’s site in St. Paul, MN. This role will support material handling and inventory control activities to ensure inventory is maintained accurately and provided to required areas in a timely manner.

The position may also include Shipping & Receiving tasks, if applicable.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive materials and ensure they are accurately stored in the warehouse.
• Accurately prepare orders for shipping to customer sites according to established processes.
• Label and meter packages using various freight systems.
• Process orders using the ERP system.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment within the warehouse.
• Complete daily preparations for the following day's distribution activities.
• Support divisional initiatives identified by divisional management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and other regulatory requirements.

Main Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Basic computer skills.
