Barista to join our Front of House team. The ideal candidate is friendly, detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced in preparing high-quality coffee and specialty beverages while delivering attentive and professional guest service.

- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders, blenders, and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow beverage recipes and presentation standards to maintain consistency and quality.
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional service to every guest.
- Take beverage orders accurately and assist guests with questions about drinks and menu selections.
- Maintain knowledge of coffee products, ingredients, preparation methods, and available beverage options.
- Keep the barista station clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service throughout the shift.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness procedures.
- Monitor inventory and communicate low-stock items or supply needs to management.
- Coordinate with servers, hosts, kitchen staff, and management to support smooth restaurant operations.
- Maintain speed, accuracy, and attention to detail during high-volume periods.
- Help create a welcoming and positive experience for every guest.
What You Bring / Lo Que T Aportas- Previous Barista experience, preferably in a restaurant, caf, coffee shop, or high-volume hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of espresso-based beverages and coffee preparation techniques.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, energetic, and professional personality.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to beverage quality and presentation.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States.
